Friday - Sports Relief
Today P7 organised a fun packed day to raise money for Sports Relief 2012.
The morning started off with a bring and buy sale and fun fair. The children had a great time spending their pennies at the many stalls and games.
The staff v pupils games kicked off with cups and saucers. P1 v staff!
P1 beat the staff hands down!
P2 and P3 competed in an obstacle race.
P4 and P5 competed in a relay race.

P6 challenged the staff to a game of Capture the Flag. The staff were thrashed in the first leg but held their own in the second. P6 won overall.
The P7 girls played netball against the staff. The score was 1-1.
Unfortunately there was no time for a decider... :0(
The P7 boys played football against the staff.
I think the staff maybe even managed a win in this event!!!
What a super day! Everyone had fun, spent their pennies for Sports Relief and took part in the challenge events in the afternoon.
A big thank you must go out to the parent helpers for their baking and donations for the sale, Leona Gordon for helping referee the netball and Michael Swanney for supporting the afternoon events.
P7 are still working on their total - the final amount will be announced shortly.
